Shipping costs are offered from 50€ of purchase.
Our logistics department ships orders within a period currently varying between 1 and 2 days due to the difficulties related to COVID-19.
To this period is added the processing time specific to the carrier.
Parcels can be tracked at any time via the “Track my order” page on the site.
All our packages are shipped with quality packaging to guarantee the integrity of the products you have ordered.
As part of a Colissimo delivery without signature, we disclaim all liability for any loss, disappearance or possible theft of the package.
If, following an error by our services, your items are not delivered after 60 working days, you will be fully refunded or the items will be sent back to you, at your convenience.
No refund can be made in the event of an error in the delivery address. Errors in the address must be reported before shipping.
The products are offered for sale while stocks last.
In the event of restocking of the product(s) ordered, delivery times may be extended from 8 to 20 working days.
