Makgeolli is an Asian alcoholic drink designed and especially very popular in Korea. Made from a mixture of wheat and rice, it is sweet and milky, with a sweet and creamy taste. It is classified and described as a “sparkling rice wine”.
Low alcohol content (4%), serve chilled and shake lightly before drinking for better taste and richer flavor.
Rice Banana Makgeolli is based on a traditional method of fermenting rice, adding mashed banana and banana flavoring to enjoy the unique flavor and taste of makgeolli.
Ingredients :
Yeast, rice, citric acid: E330, sweetener (aspartame) E951, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae), fructose, banana flavor (0.03%), banana puree (0.04%).
